Benevolent Ally?

A V II bishop wishes Tradcats well? –
But can he see how V II leads to Hell?

Bishop Athanasius Schneider, originally from Germany but now a Bishop of Astana in Kazakhstan, has made himself known to Traditionalists in recent years for his many statements at least apparently sympathetic to Catholic Tradition. For instance last year he associated himself publicly with the four Cardinals’ questioning of Pope Francis’ doctrine in the papal document, Amoris Laetitia. When he himself does so much to criticize the Church swinging “left,” he may not understand or appreciate coming under attack from the “right,” but it is the Truth which is at stake, not our little personalities. Your Excellency, thank you for much truth that you have had the courage openly to defend, but do understand that the full Truth is much stronger, and more demanding, than you think. You gave recently an interview to Adelante la Fe. Please do not take it personally if I quote (in italics) a few of your answers and criticize them:—

I am convinced that in the present circumstances, Msgr. Lefebvre would accept Rome’s canonical proposal of a Personal Prelature without hesitation. Your Excellency, that is impossible. Archbishop Lefebvre believed, and proved by argument from Church theology and history, that Vatican II was an unprecedented betrayal, by the highest authorities in the Church, of 1900 years of unchangeable Church doctrine. But official Rome is still following that objectively treacherous Council. Therefore to put the SSPX under this Rome will be to put the fox in charge of the hen-coop. The Archbishop always hoped Rome would come right. It has still not done so.

Msgr. Lefebvre was a man with a deep”sensus ecclesiae,” or sense of the Church. That is true, because above all he had a deep and clear grasp of Catholic doctrine, or teaching, which is at the heart of the Church. “Going, TEACH all nations,” was Jesus’ last instruction to his Apostles (M t.XXVIII , 20). Vatican II betrayed Catholic doctrine, so the Archbishop’s very sense of the Church made him repudiate that Council. Today’s Conciliarists in Rome can never rebuild the Church.

He consecrated four bishops in 1988 because he was convinced that there was a real state of necessity. It was the objective crisis that gave rise to the subjective conviction, and not the other way round. Our modern world is mentally sick with subjectivism. The Archbishop was an objectivist.

If the SSPX remains canonically independent for too long, its members and followers will lose their sense of the need to be subject to the Pope, and they will end up ceasing to be Catholic. The Pope is Pope in order to “confirm his brethren” in the Faith. See Luke XXII, 32. If he is a Conciliar Pope with his faith corrupted by Vatican II, he can no longer give what he has not got. It is by being subject to Conciliar Popes that countless Catholics since the Council have lost the true Faith.

No Catholic can pick and choose which Popes he will or will not be subject to. God guides His Church. The present crisis in the Church is unprecedented because never before in Church history has there been a series of Popes out of line with the true Faith as we have seen since Vatican II. This means that Catholics must – exceptionally – judge their Popes, bishops and priests. By this crisis God is purifying His Church, and when the purification is complete, He will grant to His Church a great and truly Catholic Pope.

I have told Bishop Fellay, we in Rome need the SSPX in today’s great battle for the purity of the Faith. Your Excellency, do believe that Conciliar Rome will do its best to complete the SSPX’s corruption of the Faith. Already the official SSPX has slidden far from the Archbishop’s objective Faith.

Kyrie eleison.

Bishop Fellay Appointed by Rome to Judge!

New post on Our Lady of Good Success Mission
Bishop Fellay Appointed by Rome to Judge!
by Br. Joseph
Other internet websites have transcribed what Bishop Fellay said in this talk on May 10, 2015 at Our Lady of the Angels Roman Catholic Church in Arcadia, California. Specifically at the 35:11 mark.

Notice what Bishop Fellay talks about before this disclosure. As in many other talks, he complains that he has received contradictory advice from different departments in the Vatican. In other words, he admits that for over six years he has been talking, “dialoguing” with Rome.

This is contradictory to the policy of Archbishop Lefebvre who refused to dialogue until Rome converts to Tradition. Have Pope Benedict and/or Pope Francis converted during that six year period?
Not only has Bishop Fellay been dialoguing, but in this talk, he discloses that he was appointed by Rome to judge his trouble-making (Resistance) priests!

The Archbishop would likewise be subject to Bishop Fellay’s judgment were he alive today! Would he too be expelled from his Society?

Excerpt from Bishop Fellay’s talk:

… “We are labelled now as being irregular at best, irregular means you cannot do anything and so for example they have prohibited us from saying Mass in the churches in Rome for the Dominican sisters who had their pilgrimage in Rome in February. They say “no you cannot because you are irregular.” And these people say that. They are people of Ecclesia Dei.
“Now, sometimes, unfortunately, also priests do silly things, and they need to be punished, and when it is very very serious, we have to make recourse to Rome; so we do. And what does the Congregation of the Faith do? Well, they did appoint me as the judge for this case. So I was appointed by Rome, by the Congregation of the Faith to make judgments, canonical Church judgments on some of our priests who belong to the non-existent Society for them and so once again on a beautiful contradiction indeed.”

Fr. Thomas Aquinas, OSB.

A Menzingen Confession
Translated by Michael cruzadoparalaverdad@gmail.com

The communication from Menzingen on the 19th of March, although brief, teaches us a good number of things. Among these, we find a confession here: that Bishop Williamson was expelled from the Society of St. Pius X because of his opposition to the accordist policy of Bishop Fellay.
Up until the present, Menzingen spoke about disobedience: Bishop Williamson was undisciplined, a bad subordinate that does not obey the orders received. Now, Menzingen confesses the true reason: “the violent criticisms” of Bishop Williamson regarding the relations of Menzingen with the Roman authorities. The same as Bishop Faure. This is where they fail.
The affair of the letter of the 3 bishops to Bishop Fellay and his assistants was not digested well by them. Relations with Rome, Archbishop Lefebvre had them as well, but with the hope that Rome recovered, that it would return. In fact, Archbishop Lefebvre was who directed the negotiations and he did it with invincible certitude, because his criteria was the Faith of all times. Including, that while doing this, he nearly fell into Rome’s trap. “I went too far”, he said.

On the contrary, with Bishop Fellay, everything happens in a completely different manner. It’s not him that directs the negotiations. It is not him that has the strength to say to Rome: “It is I, the accused, who will have to judge you.” No, Bishop Fellay does not present himself as a judge of the errors of Rome. He presents himself more like a guilty one “in an irregular situation” who must reintegrate himself into the fold and suffers because “his” Society does not follow suit.
Allow us to add with emphasis: Judge Rome? Isn’t this the role of the superiors and not of inferiors? Of course. But the superiors have already cast their judgement. It is Quanta Cura, Pascendi, Quas Primas, etc., that condemns the liberal popes. It is Rome, Eternal Rome, who has already judged neo-modernism and neo-Protestantism. Bishop Fellay seems to have forgotten this and he makes it forgotten with his “visible Church of today.” End of emphasis.
Bishop Williamson was in the way of the negotiations of Menzingen. He constituted an obstacle. We knew it well, but the General House gave another version. Now, they confess it. It’s the “violent criticisms” of Bishop Williamson against their operation suicide that have been the cause of his expulsion. It was about time that Menzingen said it and now they finally have.
Nevertheless, Menzingen misrepresents the question in saying that these violent criticisms were about “any relations with the Roman authorities”. No. This is not true. The criticisms were regarding an incorporation into Rome, that would put the Society under its modernist and liberal yoke, by which the devil tries to arrive at what Gustavo Corção called “the terminal sin”: to bring down the last bastions in one last, monumental affront to God.
And to do this we could not lend our support. The devil will not achieve his goals because Our Lady is watching over: Ipsa conteret. Here is where our hope is. She will not be let down if we are faithful by the grace of God: Fidelis inveniatur.

Brand New – The New Position of the SSPX

We were all duped:

The Catholic Church is not Catholic, and hasn’t been for a VERY long time.

Vatican II simply made it “legal” to Apostacise.

Wake up, folks! Is this what you worship???

What happened to God’s Worship?

The Sacrifice of Jesus Christ to open the Gates of Heaven?

The Real Presence: Body, Blood, Soul & Divinity?

Holiness? Modesty? Sacredness?

What happened to the Catholic Faith?

We were led astray – time to come home and defend The Faith, Mass and Sacraments.

What did the martyrs die for???

What did Padre Miguel Pro die for???   Cookies and  ecumenism??? NO!!!

The Cristeros did NOT die for “Religious Freedom” – that’s only a M_O_V_I_E!!!

They died for The One, True, Holy Catholic Faith of Tradition!!!

Viva Cristo Rey!

Our Lady of Fatima, ora pro nobis!

“I accept with sincere belief the doctrine of faith as handed
down to us from the Apostles by the orthodox Fathers,
always in the same sense and with the same interpretation.” – Pope St. Pius X

“The true friends of the people are neither revolutionaries
nor innovators, but men of tradition.” – Pope St. Pius X

FAREWELL, SSPX.    Number CCCLV (355)   —    3rd May 2014

Bad news from France : the 40-year fight for the Faith by the Society of St Pius X against the modernists in Rome is virtually over. Oh, the Society’s priories, schools, seminaries and associated convents and monasteries will continue to function, to provide for at least a while valid sacraments and decent doctrine, maintaining all the appearances of Tradition, but the essential fight for the complete Faith will be censored, or self-censored, out of existence. It looks like being only a limited number of priests more that will have the understanding of Archbishop Lefebvre’s work and the necessary courage to break ranks and take to the hills.

The news is that the modernists in Rome are offering to the Society a « recognition by tolerance » without the need for any formal agreement or signed document such as raised within the SSPX so much opposition to a deal with Rome in the spring and early summer of 2012. Here is the essence of how the Society’s Second Assistant, Fr. Alain Nély, expressed it, with enthusiasm, to two members of religious Orders three months ago : « The solution for the SSPX will be its unilateral recognition by Rome…we will not be asked to sign anything…to see how things evolve…we shall see. »

To prevent such a revelation from spreading, the Society’s Superior General wrote to the two religious concerned that they had misunderstood Fr. Nély’s remarks because there was no kind of « agreement » in view. Of course not. Therein lies the cunning of the proposed « recognition » without signature. It will allow numbers of SSPX priests to pretend that nothing will have changed so that they can continue their ministry just as before. Thus, as reported, Bishop Fellay himself recently told SSPX seminarians in Zaitzkofen : « There is no question of signing any agreement, etc., etc.» However, ten minutes later, « But if Rome proposes a recognition of tolerance for us, that’s a different matter, that would be very good. »

And so there is every likelihood, sooner rather than later, that a large number of SSPX priests will docilely follow their official leaders into the embrace of the loving modernists in Rome, an embrace that will become over time as tight as necessary to stifle any remaining effort to fight against that deadly modernism which is killing off the official Church and putting millions of souls on the path to Hell. In retrospect one may guess that Bishop Fellay has worked skilfully with the Romans towards this embrace for at least the last 15 years. Bishop de Galarreta has seen what is at stake, but has thrown in his lot with Bishop Fellay. Bishop Tissier also sees clearly the deadly threat to the Archbishop’s work, but he does not see the need to follow the Archbishop’s example of putting the Faith before all normal rules of obedience and unity.

And so, dear friends, if we wish to keep the fullness of the Faith and help others to do so, we must at least internally take to the hills. Have no fear. Keep a cool head. There is no need to lose heart, or despair. God does not change, and the fight for his cause becomes more glorious than ever. Priests, keep watch, and above all do not deceive yourselves that nothing in the Society is changing. It has already essentially changed. Lay-folk, keep watch also, and pray, and God will give you the leaders and priests of your prayers. In God we trust, and in his Blessed Mother.

Kyrie eleison.

Catholics, when you see how Rome fulfils
A cry for recognition, take to the hills !
